If you are in need of a personal trainer, Coach Shawn is THE BEST! I came to him in August of 2017 seeking just personal training...little did I know I was getting WAY more than I hoped or even bargained for. Since August he has whipped me into the BEST shape I’ve been since my early 20’s. I started losing weight after a week and saw big changes after a month (granted with a lot of hard work and discipline- something coach taught me). Since then I haven’t wanted anybody else but Coach training me. With Coach...I’ve lost weight.....toned up...eaten better and overall obtained a better physique. He helped me change my terrible eating habits...and to get my mind right. Not only does he know about fitness but he is an amazing person to be around during our training sessions.
