The SGPT - Small Group 1-On-1 Personal Training Program gives you the best of both worlds: personal attention to your fitness goals while training alongside others in a small group setting (2-4 people). Coach Shawn will personally guide you through each session, ensuring you get expert coaching tailored to your needs, even as he works with other participants. Coach Shawn's Studio offers a dynamic, professional, and motivating environment where you’ll receive the individual focus needed to crush your goals.
Program Features:
Training Schedule: Sessions are held 3x per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 9:15 am.
Duration: Each session lasts for 1 hour.
App-Based Tracking: Access to a dedicated app to easily track workouts, meals, and progress.
Customized Meal Plan: Tailored to your specific goals and needs.
Customized Fitness Workouts: Designed to suit your fitness level and objectives.
